I lost 50% of my porn sales over the past few years. Membership site that is. So i had to "adapt or die". Jumped into mainstream for instance.

Back in 97, you only had to send traffic to get paid. You didn't have to convert (imagine...)

With this said, i got a guy that has been rebilling for over 6 years now on something. I also have a whale (as customer) on a cam system that keeps buying and buying since last year ! So you need to work smarter. Making a tube site and thinking you'll get rich quick is so pathetic !

that's possible, she does more non-affiliate sales than any solo site i've run. which is good, and bad - i'd rather have more affiliates making sales than having to rely on social networking. because it's impossible to rely on girls to tweet,cam,blog etc.
