squirters.tv website, do you think they own the license for all those DVD movies?!

http://www.squirters.tv

I want to promote the site, but I have serious doubts about the legality of the movies hosted. Anyone know where he got those movies from? Like a major DVD provider!? I need your opinion on this..

Thanks..

dunno. but the first clue i look for when i think somebody is using unlicensed content is the lack of a 2257 notice on their site, majority of legit business people know its the smart thing to do and since they get the custodian of record info with a web license
they're happy to publish it on their website.

90% of the non streamed movies online are stolen.

people are being sued as we speak, more are coming.

Well, the first thing is that this is a female ejaculation movie paysite. And believe me, female ejaculation content is extremely hard to find. Try to find exclusive DVD quality female ejaculation movies and you will see why I think that this paysite is using stolen ripped dvd movies.

My first impression was that it was stolen. Like you said, that content is hard to find. And if you find it, I would imagine the cost would be extremely high.

On the other hand, if it is stolen, this guy has balls. He is using real title names in his tour. Do a Google Groups search on his titles, and it looks like they are genuine movies from different producers. Either he stole it, he has tons of money, or he worked a deal out with someone.

Why not e-mail him and ask?

I did e-mail him, waiting for the reply. But you know, do you think he's going to say "No, it's stolen content, good luck with my paysite promotion"?

Anyway, I asked him to give some feedback about the license (2257 information). Can't wait for the reply.

You could probably judge the legality of his site by his response.
Keep us posted, if you hear back from him.

If not, why not rip his site and run it yourself under another domain name? It is not like he can go to a lawyer and say 'This guy stole the content I stole'.

dude, that he has the balls to actually use the real titles suggests nothing, walk into some of these sites and many of them do it. Brazen little thieves. Or just real stupid.

Post some titles and the producers and I'll be able to tell if he's legit or not.

Adult Legal is about the only source for bulk quality DVD titles.

i don't see any documentation on Teenfantasy.net either. Doesn't mean that the guy doesn't have licenses but ..........

Adult Legal doesn't even report to the producers who signed deals with them who licensed their content, what URL's are licensed............I'm not even sure Adult Legal has real time stats for its content providers. Ouinique does. At least you can follow whether you're making sales with some stats.

Gamelink, AEBN, producers can log in and see real time sales reporting.

i am gonna assume that adult-legal doesn't need real time stats
since they send you the DVD's with the shrink wrapped dvd covers

unless of course they are duplicating and packing it themselves,

as far as i know Adult Legal is the only company that sells DVD's for content and at around $300 a movie it seems very fair to me

i think the price is fair. and the movies are superior to what's available on 90% or more of the plugin feeds, so you put out the investment and use your own cheap bandwidth and it pays off.

If you're a producer whose movies are being licensed I think it would be good to see online sales reporting(though we know that doesn't really mean everything), the thing they need to know is WHO and some URL's that belong to the licensee. Cuz with the massive amount of illegal content out there, a producer should be able to look up and find out if this or that paysite has a license for his movies.

Actually they do report who signed the deals but the studios don't get anything except a business name an owners name. Even at that its on a standard content license.

As far as 2257's go I would prefer other webmasters didn't know where my content is licenesed from. For obvious reasons.

you can't buy Gamelink DVD's. Gamelink has a deal with the studios where they split the VOD money, so does AEBN and I assume Dreamzotic. I was talking to Mike South the video guy and he couldn't speak highly enough about AEBN.

many of the Gamelink titles you can license from Adult Legal.

What good is just the business name to a video producer when he surfs the Net and finds his movies on tons of paysites? Go whois the domain registrations and see the nonsense people fill out. I do it myself on my domains. So the video studios are working blind when it comes to all this.

I agree. A nice maintained database for content producers to easily browse and see where their content is and info on who is using it would be a great tool. Possibly even run by a private company charging a fee for producers could be a profitable venture.

LOL! I have just received the e-mail from the webmaster of squirters.tv

"They are fully licensed, but for commercial reasons I can't disclose content providers. It's not necessary information for affiliates."

Call Coast 2 Coast up and ask them if they've licensed content out to any websites. You'll get your answers from them!

this sounds like bullshit, 'for commercial reasons i can't disclose the source'. This ain't custom content you paid somebody to have made and you don't want competition. That's understandable. These are videos that have the name of the company who owns them on it. So you either have a license from Coast2Coast Video or somebody acting as a broker/agent on their behalf.

So what is it?

If you get in contact with Coast2Coast post their response here.

I get this all the time, these morons think that because Deluxe Pass says they have licenses for DVD content it gives them a license as well to do whatever they want with the DVD content.
I see all this DVD movie content licensed by Adult Legal, well the legit stuff anyway, and it's being used by programs for hosted galleries. That's just not right. No content producer would approve that usage, no content producer would allow Adult Legal to license to DeluxePass if Adult Legal informed them what the deal is over at Deluxe Pass. They're sub licensing videos, it doesn't matter whether they have a license, they are exploiting it and none of these video studios know about it.

Brokers suck, i stick by that. The ONLY thing that matters to a broker is making a sale to make a commission from. A content producer of course wants sales too - but not at any price.

wrong, wrong, wrong.

Because he already got response yesterday by email - I told him that my site content is legal. He also asked about conversion and retention rates - and he got responses to these questions too. He mails again and asks me where I got these DVD's. I have a right not disclose the source, because it's not his business. Still don't believes, and post rumors here even not letting know me about this thread. Today my host stars receive emails from APIC WORLDWIDE based on hotmail asking to 'remove videos'. I simply don't want to deal with such kind of person for his annoyance and profanity.

Nice move Meteoseek. Really intelligent.

I have been promoting this site but don't think I will bother anymore if this is the kind of attitude he has.

If he closes accounts for asking legitimate questions what kind of stunts is he going to pull when it comes to paying out ?

You should have WAITED for the reply BEFORE taking it to the boards.

People are too quick to run to the boards these days without all the facts first.

I never said it was stolen content, I asked for opinions. And he never proved it was legal content so far. I sent e-mails to Apic and to the producers. I am waiting for the replies.
