Features in store for future updates:
- Options for hiding users right on their posts instead of manually adding
- Remove users with a join date of X year, or join dates earlier than X year
- GFY Suggestion for user blacklist allowing users to automatically be blacklisted and hidden by the plugin itself if you opt-in and enough people suggest that user to be hidden
- Remove a certain users signature
- Remove a certain users avatar
- Tag users so you can remember them for a certain reason
- Reply navigator allowing you to jump right to ops replies, or any user's reply in the thread
- New reply count telling you how many replies have been made in a thread since your last visit of that thread
- Remove hidden users quotes in replies
- Media expander to automatically convert links to popular sites such as YouTube, LiveLeak, Daily Motion, etc right into embeded media right on the thread
- Never Ending GFY allows you to scroll any forum list without clicking on pages, they'll instantly load the next page when you get to the bottom
- Support for all forums on the board
This extension is gonna slowly evolve into a GFY Enhancement Suite, sorta like Reddit Enhancement Suite (Some feature ideas brought over from it)

Why would you do useless option (even if it was requested)?
Its like requesting - can you do an option that we can ignore all user at once. Its useless and not a single person would need that.
Or do I miss something with that option? Why would anyone ignore all users registered prior/after x date? I mean you would ignore all the good users that way as well. It does not make any sense.Comment

I agree, but I do notice a trend that most trolls and fake nicks are of a reg date and earlier, so if someone truly wants to ignore any user with a reg date earlier than say 2010, then who's to tell them they can't?
One thing about making stuff for others is to give them what they want.

Opera won't be that bad, FF will give you the most trouble, but it's not too bad to dev for either.....
actually once you've got your base, Chrome, safari, opera and FF can pretty much use the same code, its just the dev environment that changes...
I've built for all except IE - fuck them and their .net BS
the rest you can do with simple javascript though.Comment

Nice, I honestly haven't dev'd much in extensions... I built two others and they really don't do much. One parses a youtube page url to give you the high quality thumbnail, and another currently just parses a page and highlights certain things for you.

Nope, still working on the Chrome version, once I get the storage sync bit worked out, you'll be able to add/remove people just by clicking a link under their posts, and install via the Chrome Web Store with automatic updates pushed right too you. Once that's all taken care of, I will look into FireFox.

All code to this extension is right there, all it does is uses jQuery to find threads in the page and .remove() them, based on if that nick is in the hide_users array.
Nothing fishy, no catches, just a useful extension for those who would like one.
