    Are you implying voter fraud?

What are you a nut job?

It is FL... what's weird is the state only has it at 70% participation:

          http://enight.elections.myflorida.co...portingStatus/

I think they mis-labeled that as without provisional's because when you look at with provisional's it shows:

          Times Counted 123750/175554

So 123k out of a potential 175k ballots counted.

Seems like there was a big push to vote on provisional ballot but provisional ballots still have to be confirmed that the voter is eligible before the vote actually counts.

Here is the final one I am reading with everything:

          http://www.slcelections.com/Pdf%20Do...Y%20REPORT.pdf

Shows the same thing as the state ... 70% of eligible voters voted.

            Correct!

I'm guessing there's some kind of legit explanation to this, surely they wouldn't be stupid enough to make it this easy to discover 'Voter Fraud'.

            Hoping someone can explain it...

I just did explain it. Tons of provisional ballots which aren't counted until they are verified.

Sounds like the most likely explanation

There was probably some local push by some organization saying "if you're not sure you can vote, go vote anyway on a provisional ballot." It sucks for the people counting because they have to verify each voters eligibility ... and they only have 10 days to do it ... but it's perfectly legal (helps prevent voter suppression like purging of the rolls, etc.) and everyone's right.

It's to cover the people like 70 year olds who were purged but are still alive and kicking... they were purged because they did not vote for 50 years... but now they want to. They would vote on a provisional.

I don't know if it was a statewide thing but this year in Broward County at the check-in they reviewed my ID to compare me with the picture, scanned the mag strip into their computer and had me sign so they could compare with the signature on my ID.

Funny... I've shot so many porn girls who were from that part of the world. The first one that comes to mind is Lela Star, but I know there have been many others. No wonder the place is such a clusterfuck--it's full of porn chicks.

I know someone that is involved with the entire recount process.... It's more than just that county, and it's more than just Florida. Also a lot of info regarding the same situations in precincts throughout Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. At some point you may see a ton of reports like these from all over the place. It will be interesting to see if the media ever really covers it.

Go to the source - It's the way they count

If you go straight to the http://www.slcelections.com/ page, it explains they have a 2 page ballot. Page 2 being voting on laws and constitutional amendments. Some people only vote on page 1. So they do a double count.
Probably as long as they don't go over 200% everything is legit.

Has nothing to do with provisional ballots.

                          From the web site
                          Election Summary Report (new)

                          statement of votes cast (new)

note* - turnout percentages will show over 100% due to a two page ballot. not all voters voted the second card containing the amendments

Does seem a weird way to count
