Did he remove watermarks?
Is the site owner uploading the images?
Do the content providers care?

I know twistys loves backlinks but they sell videos and not images. I haven't talked to them about no back links on their videos but I would be surprised if they are not hard at work worrying about their videos and not their images.

I would be more concerned over tumblr about images then this small guy.
