I have more than a year since i quit. I was a heavy smoker for 17 long years and I never thought that day will ever come. I remember I loved cigs more than anything: 20-60 long red Marlboro and 2 l of strong coffee per day!!! I wonder why I am still alive now...
After I quit I ate tons of After8 chocolate, bubble gum, nuts and salads gain few kgs from sweets but I hate cigs now... I wish you good luck!!! And hang in there! You can do it!
