    zombaio and check payment

    hey y'all

    has everyone who receives checks from zombaio been receiving them lately?

    I had a payment marked sent out Oct 23 and I haven't received it. I've been receiving all my other paychecks from other sources, so I know it's not a mail issue on my end. I put in a support ticket requesting cancellation of that check and reissue, but in the meantime I figured I'd post to see if anyone else is having problems receiving payment. I have a few thousand processing in my zombaio account so I'm not sure whether to be concerned or not :/

      There are no issues sending out the checks, it does happen from time to time that a check gets lost in the mail.

      Please send me a email with your Merchant ID and payment ID then I will look into it for you.

              I still haven't received the check, and I cannot get in touch with zombaio support either through live chat or on the phone. No one has responded to the support ticket I sent in last week. I sent you an email, I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this. Thanks for offering your assistance.
