I've had this *thing* tickling my nostril for a few hours now, I finally got sick of it and blew a snot rocket into the palm of my hand ... out came this big crusty nugget booger ... should I eat it or not?

If they're that big, I usually wipe it up with a tissue and discard it.
They stick to your teeth when they are that big, and the texture isn't all that great.
