So I got my Paxum account verified and everything, now I'm trying to find out how to make a payment online, do I need to apply for a card first ($44.95) or do we get a virtual card or anything like that?

think you can send cash to other paxum account, but you dont have any virtual cc, you have to order their first

What kind of payment? Credit card payment or money transfer to another Paxum user?

You need to apply for Mastercard to buy stuff from Amazon.

Some of the hosting providers take Paxum directly, if your provider doesn't you still can pay using Paxum Mastercard as you would do with any other debit card.
