    That is the number posted on the email receipt. After about 5 years now in this business and you can't even provide 24 support? really?

        I don't have any beef. But if they charge much less than the market leaders, it's obvious they won't be providing the same level of service.

          I will tell you why...

          There phone service leads you in a loop. If you call and press buttons you get nowhere.

          I would have expected more from a company that has been in biz for 5+ years now.

          You don't need to respond to me anymore... I can take care of the rest ;)

            That's how insurance claims work, understaffed and as a result 2% of backlogged customers never get through with their claim.
            If I make enough purchases with my creditcard, on occasion I'll just cancel it in order to not deal with rebills from shady companies who don't allow access to cancel service.
