It is a top quality udon but the red part also maintains they maintain the highest degree of quality for the way they make it. There are many styles of udon and ramen and the red block of the text says they remain true to their specific style. They are true to their way.

it reminds of the deli's I would go to NYC .They had sandwiches named after people. I used to have a woody allen, corn beef and pastrami on rye.
