So Marijuana bills passed in CO and WA tonight. For recreational usage of course. How long until federal DEA agents and the US courts challenge those propositions and squash that 420 dream. Nice bill but it'll never pass completely. 420 should be legalized in the US but won't happen with Obama I or Obama II.

I'm in Denver and Denver PD does not give a shit about weed, I mean before tonight, the fine for under an .oz was only a buck. And you had to pay it online, not court. Also believe it or not, there are not that many DEA stories on the local news. And We were one of the first that did the Medical marijuana thing, 10 years ago.... -
Hopefully people won't go crazy with it and the DEA will look the other way.
