    Sorry to burst your bubble, Obama will win again! Also, the Republican party will have a hard time growing. You've turned off women, moderates, blacks, latinos, educated (college degree) etc. The country is going forward, not backwards... The Republican party is doomed

                          I think probably a lot of republicans agree that the tea party wave of 2010 is something they still need to repair. I was REALLY hoping the dems would take back the house, but no dice. In my home district the dem is 51% to the tea party rep's 41% and she was voted in during that wave. So locally we're kicking one of them out and putting the other guy back in. Will there be a difference? Not much.

                                  They definitely seem to be the wrong side of every issue. When I say wrong, I mean that collectively they seem to be a bunch of narrow-minded, misogynistic assholes. Every time there's some dumb politician getting in the news for making a ridiculous and offense ill-informed statement, it turns out to be (no surprise) a Republican.

                                  They need some new blood to come in reform the party, or they'll never get back in the White House.

                                  These fucksticks make me yearn for Bob Dole and John McCain, who seem like Jimmy Carter in comparison.

Then in 2007 he switched to being a democrat so that he could run and win in a district that was heavily democratic. Later he switched back. He didn't suddenly change his mind because he saw a greater good on the other side of the aisle, he switched to the left to keep his job and get elected again, then switched back to the right, likely for some kind of political gain.

                                                                                                                              Sorry for the rant, but to me this guy is a prime example of a guy who has spent a very long time in public office and is willing to do whatever it takes to stay there.

                                                                                                                              I say outlaw all political parties. Make everyone an independent.

Governor and he needs to be a republican in order to have a chance to win in that state. The best part is how other republicans are falling over each other to suck this guy's cock as if he has come to some grand enlightenment when the reality is that if he decided that he didn't want to run for congressional rep in that district he probably would have never switched.

Whenever possible I vote for an independent or third party candidate. In the event that there is third party option I try to pick the lesser of the two evils which is normally the challenger and not the incumbent.
