I've read Stephen Rebello's non-fiction book Alfred Hitchcock "The Making of Psycho" where this movie is based on and it's positively brilliant. And Scarlett Johanssen plays the Janet Leigh role.

The movie is supposed to be a behind-the-scenes look at how Hitchcock made PSYCHO. The circumstances that led Hitchcock to buy the film rights of the bestselling novel from Robert Bloch, the wild ride during production (and the tricks they used for the shower scene, the death scene of Martin Balsam's character and the ending), Hitchcock's manipulation of the censors to have the movie shown without cuts and how it was marketed during the Sixties.

I have been waiting for that as well. If you didn't know is voice you would never know that is Anthony Hopkins and Scarlet looks amazing. Should be a great movie.

This is going to be good, I have high expectations for this film. I'm not convinced about Scarlett Johanssen's rols as Janet Leig. Yet, seems a bit missed-cast to me, but we'll see. GO HOPKINS YOU GENIUS ACTING FREAK OF NATURE!

looks very good, i like movies about the movie industry. hopkins looks brilliant as usual.

Hopefully it's better than The Girl they are playing on HBO right now. I was looking forward to it but found it was rather poorly done. The main actor was too creepy.

The Girl was good compared to the previous HBO disaster (the Hemingway biopic)
and there is a chance that Hitchcock was indeed kinda creepy.

Naomi Watts is a little too old now, but she would have been perfect...and she's the best actress alive.

I just saw the trailer for this the other day - and it looks fantastic - I am definitely excited for it.
