It's been snowing in Philly since about 9:30 this morning and we've gotten about 5 or 6 inches so far - with no end in sight. They've declared the city to be in a "State Of Emergency" and want everyone to stay home and off of the roads.

We got about a fuckton and a half of rain in the past three days. All the roads are flooded, and I've had to sweep water out of my carport so many times, I'm considering teaching the dog to swim so that he can go out more than twice a day.
