Currently, no, you can only fund the account via the following options:
1) Payments from any of our partners
2) Payments via the US Payment Service
3) Private loads (via Visa/MasterCard)
That being said, we are looking in to funding via bank transfer, but at the moment I don't have any kind of update or eta on when/if that will become available.Comment

Well,i asking since i need a debit card for online buys. That would be good since then payooner could advertise as debit card for online buys and not just for receiving payments.Currently, no, you can only fund the account via the following options:

Yes, the Payoneer card is a Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card, and can be used to make purchases online with any merchant that accepts debit Mastercard cards.
If you select Payoneer as the payment method for your account with any of our partners (companies/sites that pay with Payoneer), once the card is funded you will be able to use it to make purchases online.Comment

This seems like a good idea.
If you want to fuck with anything else, either use a bank debit or prepaid debit
When I had epass, I only used it as an atm.10 years of experience in:

Problem with partner payments it's limited amount which i can put on card.I can transfer few bucks then but for bigger amount it just had to be local bank transfer.Yes, the Payoneer card is a Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card, and can be used to make purchases online with any merchant that accepts debit Mastercard cards.

Actually there's no limit to the amount you can receive from our official partners, or using the US Payment Service.
The card itself has a daily purchase limit of $2,500.00, and daily cash withdrawal limit of $2,500 (total daily limit of $5,000).
For security reasons (and to comply with prepaid card regulations) we may limit that amount that is available on the prepaid card itself at any given time (it will never be less than the daily spending limit), but all remaining funds are held on the Payoneer account. As you spend, funds will then be automatically moved from your account balance to the prepaid card balance, so there's no action required on your end.
----Edit----
Ahh, I misunderstood what you meant by limit. My mistake ;)Comment

Dude at least you have a card, mine got lost and it took them over a month to re-issue another.
The ID and password change harassment is fucking idiotic. Ive been with paypal since 2000, they've asked for ID once in 2007 i think and told me to change my password twice in 12 years. It's got to the point where I've shifted payments back to check in most cases.I want to buy contextual links on quality blogs

I have the same issue with paxum. got refund and now my card is blocked for more than three weeksComment

I thought this is what everyone did and am surprised reading this thread that people use it as a debit card.
I get paid, hit the ATM and withdraw it that day then deposit that cash to my bank at the same ATM. Never had a single issue.
I'd like to actually skip that step and deposit to my bank directly but Paxum apparently doesn't realize this isn't the 1970's and I don't have any paper statements to take pictures of.Last edited by baryl; 04-27-2013, 11:40 PM.Comment
