Hey. I got a letter.
"Simonscans is returning to CCBill for primary biller and affiliate management.

After a lot of thought we?ve taken the difficult decision to cease using NATS and return to CCBill. NATS is a great system and TMM have been faultless with their support, but for a small program and site like Simonscans it consumes far too much of our time and energy.

The change just has happened today. NATS is switched OFF, CCBill is switched ON.

I realise you have some instant questions, so lets get straight to it.

Q. Do I need to change all my links?
A. No, we have teamed up with Sliiing and they?ve done an amazing job of importing most of the existing affiliates from NATS into their system. If you previously had an affiliate account for Simonscans at CCBill from when we last used CCBill, your links are automatically converted from NATS to CCBill and will track new sales.

If your CCBill details are correctly loaded in Sliiing you will have received an email from their systems with your log in info for their site.

We?ve done our best to merge the two databases, but please check by following one of your links to the first page of the tour, you should see an url that ends:-

...com/samples/?CA=912363-0000&PA=XXXXXXX

Where XXXXXXX is your CCBIll ID.

If you see ?PA=0? then you need to either sign up here http://www.simonscans.com/affiliates/ or email us direct if you already have a CCBill ID but the system hasn?t picked it up and we will manually link it.

Q. Will I get paid the outstanding amounts owed in NATS?
A. Yes.

Q. Will I lose my rebills from NATS members?
A. Yes, we?ve not been able to find a way around this. As I said at the beginning, this has been a difficult choice, carry on as we are working with an unsuitable system or move to something that suits us both better. Moving forward, we strongly believe that using CCBill as our primary biller is something that will work well for all sides. We get more time to concentrate on shooting and you get the benefit of CCBills perfect record for on time payments.

Q. What is Sliiing?
A. Sliiing is a set of webmaster tools and stats that works seamlessly with CCBill links. With or without Sliiing your CCBill links for Simonscans will still track and your payouts are sent by CCBill exactly as normal for CCbill sales. You can check your stats at both CCBill and at Sliiing. Sliiing extends CCBill but in no way does it interfere with it.

However, as we are moving from one system to another the developers at Sliiing have gone out of there way to support us by coding some scripts to translate NATS encoded links into CCBill encoded links so that your sales will track on those legacy links you already have in place. All the galleries in the new affiliate area are coded with regular CCBill links, no translation code needed. It?s therefore up to you if you wish to leave galleries exactly as they are, or swap right away to CCBill links.

I?ll apologise one more time for the disruption these changes will no doubt have caused you, I just hope you?ll forgive me and that we can move forward together making money as we go "

Then I checked in CCBill. Wrote his Simonscans my CCBill ID .Received the answer from Simonscans that it's done. But I checked and concluded that the links do not work.I removed all of its content from their sites.
And now refer to him that he had closed the account on me NATS and I paid the money that is there.

Still waiting to be paid from Simonscans NAT! Sent an email and it was unanswered.

Also, I have Simonscans sales showing in Sliiing that were not paid by ccBill, but then I have other sponsors sales showing in Sliiing that were not paid by ccBill, nor are they showing in Sliiing payments - this is a Sliiing issue. I know this is a separate issue but Sliiing should have contact info for affiliates on their affiliate site, if anyone from Sliiing is reading this.

Have to say I'm glad they switched to Sliiing since they have multiple payment processors.

Only time will tell. Allot of switching around the last couple of years and not being able to integrate old links, etc.

Wish they had just stuck with ccbill all along. They could have easily used nats with ccbill and had all old links integrated and kept paying out with ccbill. Puffy Cash does this and everything was seamless in the transition. All of the features of nats with ccbill payouts.

Sounds like it was more time consuming than not being able to handle it. Ie all affiliate payments - fuck that.

New affiliate content was put up today, time for that, but no time to reply to affiliate emails.

No, we have not been paid our outstanding balance!

Also, we had a Simonscans sale in Oct. (CCBill Simonscans), that person was rebilled 3 times this month (Nov.) alone, we only received credit for one of those rebills. To top that off, that sale and rebill were thru Netbilling and Netbilling was supposed to pay CCBill and that didn't happen. So again, someone received money (hint: Simonscans) and it wasn't us.

Please explain why NETbilling would be paying CCbill for anything? We never touch our merchants money. They are paid daily directly by their merchant banks.

Once you have NATS configured it is dead simple to run. There are companies that will send payments for you if you don't have the resources.

Love how everyone loses rebills.

Something doesn't smell right and affiliates are getting the Shaft.

After all this time and no communications from Simonscans I say B.S. to us getting paid.

It's been since last year for any affiliate content updates.
