    Cuda kickass :)

    Wow! just a post to share how much cuda own! At first I did think it was a gimming but my encoding time have gone from 4 hours to 20 minutes!!

    Make me glad I did buy a nvidia card this generation.

      Yea, CUDA is where it's at. All software should be made to utilize it. I keep waiting for Handbrake to release an update that uses CUDA.

              It took my 3 min. tasks and turned it into a 1 min. task. The savings really add up when you multiply that out over time. Definitely worth the $300 I spent on mine. Thinking about getting another.

                  My 660-TI plays iRacing across 3 monitors, I'm pretty happy.

                  Havent tried encoding yet.

                      Battlefied3 on 3 monitors is awesome too but makes me feel like I'm going to puke after about 20 - 30 minutes.

                          Been using an NVidia quadro 4800 card since Adobe first came out using cuda technology for encoding with Premiere Pro (maybe 3 years now?)

                          It completely changed my work flow.

                          What used to take 5 or 6 hours to render a vid now takes less than 20 minutes.
                          And the quality of the finished vid is better as well.
