My guess is that it's related to the hurricane on the East Coast. A lot of people on the side of the country don't even have power or internet useage. And a lot of people in the U.S. are paying attention to that as opposed to watching porn today (worried about family and friends,etc.)

Halloween was great sales for my site, today was mediocre.

to me it's nothing but mediocrity i foresee for paysites, the odd big day when good fortune and circumstances/content conspire together but a steady diet of mediocrity is where the paysite industry is at. the pie grows smaller at a faster pace than the number of people dividing the pie.
