This one is not as useless as usual popups, this one is pretty nasty for affiliates:
when surfer clicks on submit form to enter his details/zip code etc then instead of entering it he gets that popup/console.
I bet that crap discourages number of people from signing up. I mean imagine you (or better average dating site surfer) go to some dating site and when you try to enter your details you get this crap instead, you would think - this site might be crappy site, real dating sites does not give me this crap and move on.

It's the new model. Many programs aren't running classic affiliate programs. They are running get rich quick schemes and scams. You the affiliate send them traffic for free (due to various sponsor tricks) and they in turn send the traffic elsewhere to make money from your traffic without having to pay you anything for it. On the surface that approach seems to work. But what happens when your other sponsors start doing it as well because they think they can get away with it? And this is exactly what happens too.
Then experience shows that once someone starts to cheat you it will only get worse as time goes on. It's true nearly 100% of the time in this industry.

Funny to say, when I seen their program when opened, I knew it was just a expensive looking door to other programs, you know, hand in hand with other programs on the affiliate their expenses. I had a few conversations with them on ICQ, and they where never able to have me put up 1 link of them.

The shadiest issue is not merely doing so, but:
1. doing so without notifying webmasters (we all remember consoled and console free tours from sponsors that you could choose - and you knew that)
2. its not some regular popup, this one pops up whenever surfer is trying to SIGN UP for the lead, meaning this thing sabotages the lead (surfer may and will change his mind after he sees that crap once he tried to input his info)
