Crakmedia is going bigger and had a tremendous year (GFY 2012 awards Innovative Company, Affiliate Program, Webmaster of the year)

We already have a nice young and talented team of almost 60 peoples from different countries

We are looking for new talents and to grow our nice team :Traffic Manager,Tube Submitter,Customer Support Representative,Content Manager, Designer, Media Buyer

I may also add to the list : Web Developers and Data analysts

We need peoples in house, that means move to the superb Quebec City , Canada

We've learn so far that Quebec has a castle, lot of nice concerts, is cold but has nice crazy winters sports and has the lowest crime rate in Canada, and not many asians

Other facts :

(we give back a % of the whole business profit back to the staff, based on different level - executive, directors, project managers, regular staff)

Its mainly based on your experiences and as most of the staff is new, for motivated people its easy at the moment to climb the ladder.

Cost is decent for a nice north America city, cheaper than MTL/TO/VANC etc for sure

Looks like a good company to work for. Based on the video, a very friendly work environment as well. Good luck, hope you find what you are looking for

ps. Quebec City is a great place to live, cold or not Lots of historic buildings and a great culture. I wouldn't mind moving there. Just don't ask me to move to Edmonton or Calgary. I would rather get raped by a gorilla than be stuck in that forsaken wasteland
