    1.1 Million Facebook emails for $5

    "Bulgarian blogger Bogomil Shopov wrote Tuesday that he had purchased a spreadsheet containing 1.1 million Facebook user IDs and email addresses for $5. The data was allegedly scraped by third-party applications and offered for sale on a website called Gigbucks by a user named ?mertem.? Shopov verified that the emails did correspond to the Facebook user IDs, most of them private. He had even identified people he knew in the list. The next day, he was contacted by Facebook?s Platform Policy Team."

                      You can tell by the cached version of the page where he sold the list that he had 1000 Google +1's for sale, Twitter email addresses and more!

                      So I went into facebook, clicked "Privacy Settings" and clicked "Apps, Games and Websites" then "Apps You Use"

                      I've never signed up for apps yet had 10 installed, some for over 6 months! Yelp, Bing, Hug Me, all sorts of shit. Deleted them real quick. Then clicked "Turn off Apps, Plugins and Websites" so now none will be installed EVER ( yeah right )

                      Facebook sucks!
