A friend asked if there was a way to create blogs in bulk. They are very low tech, I wonder if there was a piece of software out there that does that?

You would want to automate rss feeds not the blogs directly as much.

Are some folks really still betting on splog networks for 2013?

WordPress lets you duplicate sites easily enough (export/import), how many sites is he after?

Thanks for responding. They want to make a bunch of separate blogs for different things but they never did it before. I havent kept on top of blogs so I didnt know if there now is a piece of software for it. So if you wanted to make 200 blogs, it would create them and it would be your job then to fill them with content.
