I think without Steve Jobs to say thats crap do better. Apple come get into trouble. The man set a very high standard that they dont seem to be following. Like the iphone 5 no way that would of come out if Jobs was alive or the crap ipad mini.Comment

It really does seem like they are now coming out with new stuff for the sake of coming out with new stuff. I can understand it with phones and maybe tablets, but could never understand the point of spending twice as much for a computer only to always be asking "is that supported on Mac?" Virii haven't been a concern on Windows for eons now for savvy users and Windows 7 is not the RAM sucker that Vista was, so I just don't see what the draw is. What's better about a Mac with the same specs as a PC? Just the look?Want to crush it in mainstream with Facebook ads? Hit me up.Comment

Thats what they said. I watched my father die slowly over 30 days. I doubt if Steve was thinking about the iphone 4s. I think that's why that one wasnt that big of a change either. I think they are going to say Steve had a hand in the next 5 yrs of products. I think he was phasing out before the iphone 4 came out and for antenna gate he did the save. If he was there 100% I dont see that happening.
I read his bio, the man emotionally was a child but he had a passion for excellence.Comment

I thought of that, but you also have to keep in mind 4S wasn't built overnight. When they were building 4, they already had 4S in mind and most likely even 5. Ideas come into play, then you decide which version to put them in based on practicality and probably even marketing/sales.
As far as mobile-based products go, I really think Samsung is going to give them a run for their money. Samsung is putting out some sick, sick products. Samsung also already has a great line on the TV industry (I love my Samsung TV), set-top boxes (I love my Samsung Blu-ray LOL), and I think they have computers, too? It could be but I remember the rumors for the 5. It was going to be different and really cool. I think the new guy is a numbers guy and he will play things safe.
Samsung has amazing laptops but they are on the high-end. I think my next phone will be the galaxy note 2. I will sell my ipad 3, I had the first one gave it to my wife and the 3 was a disappointment. Its heavier and runs hot when I'm doing something as non cpu intensive as reading on the kindle app.Comment
