What service you are offering.

I'd get someone with English as a first language to write your marketing for you.

Are you offering an email server where people can upload their lists and mail their customers for a fee?

Are you offering a partnership where people trust you with their lists and you send out emails for their products and you take a fee or rev share?

Are you offering a service where people give you their old lists and you try and mail 3rd party offers to it?

"Parking" is what you do with an unused domain. It makes no sense at all regarding email.

What happens next?

AFAIK, that's illegal in the UK and USA. not sure about the rest of Europe, but I'd be surprised.

You can't send people that have opted in to one list offers from a third party.

The legal steps that will be taken once you need to prove the validity of your sent data and fail due to "fake" information will for sure exceed everything you would consider as "being worth the risk"!

We have to rely on your own integrity about how you work and the trueness about the sent information!

As business terms state, users are confirming the fact that their e-mail addresses might be shared with 3rd party advertisers for promotion reasons. This is obviousely the responsibility of the project owner from where the e-mail addresses are collected!

All our projects and offers are fully legally supported and protected! As we stayed in business for the past 11 years we want to continue with our business and push innovation and business potential variety further and further.

I think there is some confusion over terms here.

I have worked in email marketing for the last 10 years.

I have many large lists.

However, *I* cannot opt *them* into receiving 3rd party offers. *They* have to do that.

Right, you in fact you need not only double opt in, but you need them to HAVE ALREADY AGREED to receive third party offers. Not many lists will have that!

It's not legal to send 3rd party offers to lists that haven't agreed to 3rd party offers. Doesn't matter if you have a tick box for list owners to state they have or not.

Also, as an aside, this sort of spam is never very effective. Email works best with permission and anticipation, not spam. I know my double opt in permission lists respond to offers they are expecting better than you suddenly out of the blue spamming them something they've never heard of before.

Email is, without a doubt, the best way to market porn, in my experience. But you need to build up a good permission based list and treat that list with respect, not sell out to a 3rd party to spam them offers they are not anticipating. It won't work well and will totally kill your list as they will stop opening emails.

IMHO.

There is, however, room for someone to send emails for people though. Currently only Ynot offer a real (although whitelabel) email solution for porn and Gammae work on a partnership basis like you. If you have whitelisted servers and can hit the inbox, there is definitely room for you to act as an ESP if you price the service right.
