    Healthy is not good for you...

    I was looking at the candy and decided to go for the 'healthy' option instead. So I picked up a big bag of Prunes - Delicious - I ate the whole packet.

    What is happening in my guts can not in anyway be good for me. What just fell out of my arse is definitely not healthy.

    It should be sealed in barrels and buried under a mountain in New Mexico .

                                              Too much of anything is bad for you. Prunes are a snack, not a meal heh. 4-5 a day is sufficient for stool loosening.
