Facebook has a 1 strike policy. They will shut down your page with no warning whatsoever if they see the need to, even if it is due to false DMCA claims. Then they ignore your counter DMCA or any contact with them. They just don't give a shit, but will shut your entire account down and all content with it over a single image if they see fit.

Tube sites, trading boards etc.... are not going anywhere and users and big companies employees will keep uploading and trading our hard work but we have to deal with it the way we can. It's also not because somebody is working for a company that I don't agree with their business sens that it's automatically a bad person. That would be like saying that because we work on porn we are all bad people witch is wrong...

Ariel, my advice to you is to keep as much of your content in your members area as you can.
A membership has no value if it's all out there for free.
And remember this...the only guy getting rich off Pornhub is Fabian. Not you. He uses your hard work to draw traffic to his site and he's getting paid for pre-paid ads from the traffic that your content is bringing to him.
He derives all his "power" off the backs of others.
Strip Pornhub down to nothing but Brazzers, Twistys, and any other programs he's bought and it's traffic would drop like a stone.
Not suggesting that you act "mean". I'm just pointing out that while you may think these people are your "friends"..they are fucking you over while smiling in your face.
And sites like Pornhub are not bulletproof. Hell, I'm surprised that Fabian isn't already in jail with all the attention he draws to himself from the govt.
But trust me...sooner or later that whole business model is going to be shut down.
The only thing keeping them in business is an antiquated DMCA law.
Once that changes and they suddenly have to have 2257 like everybody else and/or they are able to actually be sued in court for copyright infringement...those sites will be gone.
And if there's one thing I can tell you from my experience...you never know when laws will change and what will prompt it.-Robbie

For sure I totally understand and realize the impact that these sites have on my business trust me... Like I said, I don't agree with a lot of things but I'm still trying to be friendly anyways. Sure i know some people will smile to my face and stab me in the back but that's just life in general and I'm great at judging character after all these years in this business.
Do I wish things would be different? Of course but I do what I can like everybody else without trolling and insulting people. I expected getting bashed here but I don't care

For the DMCA true you dont have to send it when you know well the company, but perhaps per mail/skype could be more efficient and discrete... but maybe you did want some exposure and i dont have a problem with that too

I could be angry all the time for people trading my hard work (and trust me, it used to piss me off till no end) but I don't want to feel discourage and bitter everyday of my life. I just find new ways to make sales and up to date it's working very well plus I send all the dmca I can
