Thats not correct, coz before a vid goes public pornhub content moderators approving them.
All my vids having a bottom logo and a tile "Sexy-Employee setnumber", www.sexy-employee.com. So how do you call it if an uploaded fullvid gets approval even its not from the producer/content owner source?
In my case they even didnt respond to a removal request thats pissing me off so I have resent it.
If there will be no proceed of our request we will forward this issue to our lawyer and file a lawsuit to receive a minimum compensation of 10 % according to the amount of total viewers. As you can see the files having a lot of viewers. Would be a nice lump sum

It's still MY website. And Pornhub is Manwin's. They don't ask for permission from anyone to change a font or a color do they? And they have NO legal reason that they MUST leave up any video on their site.

They could just randomly delete a thousand of them if they feel like it. This whole DMCA translations by attorneys do have some basis...if a person sends you a DMCA you need to act on it.
But it was never intended to force you to have videos on your own site that you don't WANT to.
