i don't think it's healthy or attractive when people dont shower daily but i noticed in Europe it seems to be acceptable vs. here in the States. guess it's a cultural thing.

Actually it is healthy, smelly but healthy.
Washing natural oils off your skin everyday and replacing them with chemicals isn't very good for you.Comment

I shower every morning and almost every day in the afternoon as well; then again, I ride my bike for an hour or longer almost every day, so I have to take a second shower. Summer time - two showers at least; from all the countries that I've been to what I find really weird is places where the flats or houses would have bath only and no shower. Also, places where its OK to enter a house with your shoes on.Comment

If I don't get to take a shower, it's usually because I was too busy and had a million things to do.
Based on that alone, I would consider anyone who doesn't shower regularly to be very busy and most likely VERY successful.

Showering daily is killing you.
There are hundreds of contaminants entering through your pores and also lungs as vapor. This is far worse than actually drinking the water since your kidneys filter this stuff out. But when it enters through pores and lungs, it goes directly into the bloodstream.Comment

"i noticed in Europe" referring to the fact that i just spent 2 weeks traveling throughout for the shows and the not showering daily thing was an evident trend in each country i visited there. ok, maybe they showered but very many do not use deoderant if that's the case.Julie Larson
