I don't know the guy but even I know he is in the plastics business (damn, good marketing lol)
With the amount of time you spent here Paul you should know everyone's resume by now
Instead you keep track of toilets, posting apologies. Be a wise old man, spent your time and focus on your business instead of ranting on here

How large is his factory? How many bathrooms does it have? From my expirence factories are usually under-bathroomed.
The factory is 452,000 sq ft. The offices are 50,000 sq ft.
The factory has 4 different bathrooms, with somewhere around 75 stalls.
The office has at least 8 bathrooms that I know of. 2ea men and women are real large. The rest are private for the executive group. I am guessing there are probably 40+ stalls.

500,000 sq ft. ... do you even attempt to heat it or just hand out company hoodies? lol
.
The offices and the factory were built using large boilers. We have shut those down and replaced the office with new efficient rooftop units.
Each one of our plastics machines generate 3 million BTU's of heat. As a reference, a nornal size house in the northern states have a furnace that generates around 90 thousand.
We currently run 6 of these plastics machines 24 hours a day so the plant will stay nice and toasty without running the big boilers. Some of the areas like the bathrooms we are having converted to quartz heaters. To keep conditioned air moving we have Big Ass Fans that push the heat back down. The ceilings are 32' high.

What is it exactly that these plastic machines do? Any pics?
Are you familiar with Little Tykes Toys? It's the same process and we use the same equipment. They just have a lot more than we do..for now.
Our smallest machine can mold a golfcart. Our largest a VW bug. And the machine can handle 3 molds at a time in cycle. The machines you can imagine are quite large.
I do have pictures but they are not on this computer. We are actually starting to move the offices today to the new plant and everything is chaos.

Cad designed and CAM driven, We don't make toys. I was only using that as an example because most everyone knows who little tykes is.
We make over 800 different plastic parts for over 100 different customers.

Our process is reasonably clean. You can smell plastic a bit but not anywhere near nasty.
