no it's not very common indeed... but I had a site (I still have it.. but the site got ass raped by my good friend the big G, and I am pretty depressed about that obviously) anyway that site got about 80 unique SE visitors, 80 seems nothing, but that site converted like hell!
after analyzing, I found out I only needed about 10 of them, 10 who came in searching for that specific keyword... and with those 10 a conversion of 1:2 was very possible.
So without saying I actually convert 1:2 (because I do not), I am just saying you only need 10 good visitors a day, and when 5 of them sign up and spend..it's 1:2
Don't take this too literally please, just trying to make a point... it's not about how much traffic you have... it's what they are looking for that counts.

I never figured 10-12 uniques a day would get much results, even targeted, I got 10-12 targeted... never hooked them up directly to a cam site though...
10-12 targeted from domain names, not G search, which I think is better.
Just signed up under you.
Guess I'll be surprised if something happens, but who knows, why not, you got the numbers
