JMB Soft login problem

Anyone able to access their JMB Soft account at the moment?
When trying to login I just get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_module_open() in /var/www/vhosts/jmbsoft.com/includes/crypto.class.php on line 31

His site went down on Monday. I sent him an email but I doubt that he is reading them anymore since he has been ignoring other users asking for licensed domain changes.

His order page still appears to function which is going to suck for the people that buy as they can't log into the members area to download what they bought.

I started an unofficial support site several months ago for people to get help with the scripts. I recently moved it to here: unofficialjmbsupport dot com I have a copy of most of the docs and a copy of all the forum posts up till the 23rd of last month.

Thanks for link. It was docs for the old AutoRank PHP I was looking for.
Great initiative with that site

Really sucks he left things so fast. If I knew the TGPX Unlimited Domain License form still worked I would probably still be interested buying.

Hope he will fix things soon.

I've found some more info that I think explains what is going on with him. Since I can't post links here yet I have posted it on my site. It's a bit interesting. Bottom line is that I think he is in jail.

Interesting he lives in Iowa, as a matter of fact the guy only lives about 75-90 minutes from me. Too bad this happened to him. From reading stats on him it seems his yearly revenue seems alright. Shitty to get slapped with a fine as large as he got.

The form and payment may still work but you would need to download the new files in the members area and since that is down for who knows how long now. Well... I guess the State of Iowa does...

The unlimited domain license does still work. I bought my TGPX just over a year ago and am currently installing it (finally). He's not on the current jail roster, so he might have been released.

It will work if you already had downloaded the files from the members area. If you were to buy it now you can't access that part of the site anymore.

I couldn't find him in the inmate search either but the records that I got my info from didn't say that he was released either. The last entry on that was the booking.

no it doesnt call home, the domain check is done via another method.

I also have a server / unlimited tubeX license and went to add more domains today, but found the login error....so now I am also S.O.L.

Odd. Considering we tried to buy him out a few months back for a lot more than he owed in this link. In the middle of the deal, he just up and vanished. I guess we now see where he ended up in the middle of the negotiation. Kind of sad.

Hey can you send me this as well, I have paid for tubex and tgpx I lost everything while in the hospital my server etc can you send the scripts as well. I can prove I use to have them I can give you username and pass for jmb brother.
