yeah i think it was boring too. I think it was a draw which translates into a loss for Obama.

Clearly a win for Obama.

I thing Obama came out on top; but, whether it is enough to sway the undecideds, I don't know.

Doesn't it make sense that we should encourage oil production on private land, and not so much on Federal land? That land does not belong to the oil companies - it belongs to me, to us, and the taxpayers. It's just common sense that we should be exploiting our federal land last? Also, the oil production drop is only for the last year of stats and is mostly because of the Deep Horizon oil spill accident that shut down oil production. |
Romney looked very sweaty and nervous in my opinion.
|
Is that what usually happens ? Walking about nervously with a mic, like you're about to go on the X factor stage ? Seemed a bit random and to favour Romney Marsh

I missed moments here and there ...
What was Romney's answer on how he will be different than Bush? I missed it because I was cooking dinner. I know Mitt thinks that is a woman's job... |

If this would have been a boxing match Obama would have knocked Romney to the mat twice but I don't know if he would have had the knock out.

Obama had a better performance than the first debate, Romney did fine - pretty much a draw. Nobody really watches these for the substance, everybody who follows the race knows what each are going to say and where they stand - we watch like it's a boxing match or American idol, entertainment and water cooler/internet forum discussion fodder.
It's much easier for the candidate who isn't the incumbent, he has a record to attack and with Obama having a less than stellar 4 years, some not of his own doing, even easier for Romney and harder for Obama. |

What pisses me off is the truth is we can drill all we want but unless the gov is taking over the oil industry, it's all traded on the open market.

It's pretty satisfying to see the prep school bully get his ass kicked by the kid from the wrong side of the tracks. Obama 2012. |
