I'm looking at this and it appears you're just using a regular old camera and flash.
Some real flash (strobes) with proper diffusion (umbrellas) would get rid of those shadows and hot spots and make it much less harsh.

Today I had to improvise because my partner is not reached with the camera. I know that at this point they need DR Photoshop for images
, but in scenes webcam exgf and does not issue.

You can learn a lot on photography forums about proper lighting, flash, etc. that will give you a much "softer" look that will be more natural looking and flattering to the model.Today I had to improvise because my partner is not reached with the camera.
