Anyone know what game is cool as shit to play online against other oponents? Preferably the Quake style games...

I am batch processing shitloads of pics and have some free time, wanted to play against my brother who is half way around the globe. That way I can take out all my stress on him, for all those wedgies he gave to me as a kid.

I think strategy games are fun with online multiplayer. If you're looking for a FPS, then there are a lot of well known ones... Quake 1-3, Unreal series, etc. I miss Marathon, personally...

The best multi player strategy game ever created is obviously StarCraft... Can't wait until Starcraft 2 comes out baby!

Seriously, go pick it up... get the original and the expansion(brood wars) for like $20.00 now.

You'll love it once you understand it.

Omg, Starcraft - I think it's still the most played online multiplayer games beside Diablo and CS...

Makes me think that I should really pick it back up again.

Yeah, I still sell content. (Having some trouble with my content domain right now.) The big-honkin' deal is still on... more than half off, if you buy all 70 sets currently available. I have some smaller packages too, of course.

I love these types of games and am looking forward to Planetside.

Just this week I picked up Battlefield 1942 and the expansion. It's one sweet ass good time. Just about to go play some now as a matter of fact.
