    TheHun - all my galleries removed from my account

    I have had one gallery that had to be removed from the listing (because the sponsor stopped paying) and I've sent email to the [email protected] but few days later I have discovered that ALL my galleries were removed from the account (placed, pending, disabled... all). I have got no response on that email...

    I really had only a handful of galleries (10 at the most) so damage is not too big but I still don't know WHY...

    I have emailed [email protected] again about the issue but got no response...

    S, TheHun guys - if you see this please explain what's going on...

                  We caught a lot of people redirecting their mobile traffic to a sponsor. This is a reason for us to add them to the blacklist! Over 10% of our traffic comes from mobile devices. We will not allow those people to get redirected! Also, I don't understand why you don't treasure the mobile traffic to your galleries. People will be using mobile devices more and more. Don't just redirect them to a paysite...

                                                  He did you the favor of listing you for free and you inconvenienced him and caused extra work by having him remove a gallery. He did himself a favor and just removed all of them. I'm sure he will have other people lined up that submit good galleries and don't tie up all of his time.

What we did was create a mobile version of our media content so that it's the same content, but presented in a mobile friendly format for those on mobile devices. I figure this is win-win for all involved -- the site owner, the surfer, the content producer and the site linking to you.

                                                                                                          The iPhone is pretty popular on our sites, as are the various tablets. The way I see it, at the very least, it cannot hurt to accommodate those that use a mobile device to visit our properties. The SE's welcome a mobile version of the same content as well, and my feeling is that they **probably** prefer a localized mobile friendly version of the exact same content versus redirecting to a completely different domain and different content.

                                                                                                          To that end, yes, we get regular sales with mobile traffic, though certainly nothing overwhelming. Still, sales are sales and the mobile version of the content ultimately pays for itself.

                                                                                                                      So if a program has 100 signups a day, there will be about 10 from mobile devices.

                                                                                                                      This is without targeting mobile traffic, or having specific mobile tours.


                                                                                                                      It's probably guys that share their PC with their family or only have a computer at work, so they rather join from their phone and jerk off in the toilet or something.
