OKPay... release my funds

Funded my account with my business bank...

used Sofortbanking... because that is an instant wire transfer...

Instant apparently means "money is on hold" (why????)

I immediately uploaded proof of my wire transfer to speed up this process....Okpay now still holds on to my money... They want me to open up a merchant account with them??? No. I just want to use my funds....

Release it please.. it is my money!

The reason I made this thread is because support is slooooow (and I can't use the funds in my Okpay account, but the funds are there)... not because I think they are scammers

I've talked to a few others offline that are not AK, that really do not like you at all.

He is effectively doing what no one else would do, and quite frankly what probably no one else could do. AK has some of the best soft skills I've ever come across in my meeting with people.
