This scumbag mother fucker promised me distribution through his label and that we would be in contact every step of the way as he released my title. After a press release and getting whatever deals he could with my title "Top Teens" http://www.hotmovies.com/video/21691...ens-POV-Vol-1/ he just disappeared and stopped returning emails and calls. Before the release we talked almost daily.



This scumbag mother fucker hasn't returned emails or phone calls in 4 months. He hasn't posted on Twitter or any of his sites either. If anyone else has had experience like this with this piece of shit please post on here. We can't have dishonest scumbags that just rip people off in this industry. Boy did I learn a lesson fucking with this guy. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.


I contacted Hot Movies about removing my title since this guy scammed me straight up. Anyone have a contact for them so I can speak with them directly???? Also is there a way I can find out what other deals he got? What a piece of shit this guy is.

On their first attempt, Carlos Cavero and company, conceived the parody of ?Taxi Driver?. It was well made but sales were disappointing. Then gaining the confidence of several other ?investors?, they secured financing for a series of disappointing failures. The padody concept was becoming stale, directors were holding production content, performers were not being paid and the films were too ?dark? in the opinion of the distrubutors and buyers. Subsequent titles did not sell well.

During November and December of 2011, Jama Entertainment made three titles using the pleasure dynasty platform but with a difference. Jama Entertainment produced a lighter form of porn parody with ZORRO XXX, followed by the Super Porn series # 1 & # 2. For the first time, it seemed that some Pleasure Dynasty titles would break even. Pleasure Dynasty had the exclusive right to distribute our films and they did well enough but all publicity expenses were paid by JAMA Entertainment.

The problem was that the distriibutor paid PD Films, but Carlos and company kept the money. They promised many times to account for the funds received, and due to JAMA Entertainment, but they only sent one token payment amounting to less than 10% return on investment. The distributor has advised us that he has paid them about $70,000.00 Dollars as of the end of 2012. We have received none of that money as of the 26th of March 2013.

PD Films has sent us deal memos and reports amounting to over $60,000.00 dollars for broadcast cable distribution, and DVD sales but we have received only a single payment of $11,000. dollars (for broadcast) in September of 2012.

Hey Jay_Rock, sorry you had the misfortune of working with this ass hat. Jama is my client, I'm helping him with his site, but the features/dvd was all on Carlos' end. He definitely over promised and under-delivered doesn't even begin to scratch the surface.

All of Jesse/Jama's features sold copies, but he has yet to get $1 for PD/Carlos. He FINALLY got the content (that he owns) after months of Carlos bullshitting and nickel and dime-ing him.

We set up the website, among other things to put the heat on him, as well as started legal action.

Sorry, I know this post is getting old but Carlos Cavero had scammed us too and ran off with our money.

We worked with him on two titles back in 2012. South Beach Pickups and Broadcast safe version of the film.

We spent over $25,000 and only received a few thousand of that in return.

He was very good at communicating with me prior and I did lots of due diligence. He was vouched by many producers and distributors until I noticed he lost contact with us and we barely heard back from him again. Then it was too late. I had to track down the person who authored our DVD and the main distributor.

I still having trouble getting in contact with CED (Coastline Distribution), VOD, and several commerce sites that sell our DVD.
