I used to tease Evan from HM for what I perceived as his inflated domain pricing, but after he managed to actually get someone to buy mangotube.com I decided to stop.

During the tube domain frenzy of 2008/9, HuntingMoon was selling dozens of tube domains at ultra inflated pricing. Among the domains was mangotube.com , which got a lot of laughs since it didn't really have anything to do with adult. Haha... that was classic. Trying to make the argument that mango is a popular fruit getting XXX... searches per month, therefor "mangotube.com is a great opportunity".

That was about the time i decided that he should never be taken seriously ever again. I had made that decision early on when he was doing his radio station and saying all this goofy stuff in wigger-speak "gonna spin another cutty cut..." which was so painful to listen to, but i gave him a reprieve and then he blew it with mangotube.com.

He can certainly do a good job of hyping up an almost worthless domain and I understand he's doing it not only for himself but for his clients. I still think some of his pricing is outlandish, yet he'd probably be the first one I'd try if i wanted to offload some of my premium domains.

Think I saw in that thread it finally sold for $1000, I know it was originally listed for sale around $1500-2000.
