They arrested one of those in Italy, because via TV late night programs, convinced lots of people they was cursed and had to give all their money ($10,000's to $100,000's each "believer") in order to clean curse. She also sold "winning lotto numbers" and such. Tax evasion for several million euro's.

Or, these customers had no mental issues, in this case it was "obvious" they had not a curse, sort of they knew they gave all their money to this woman for "entertainment only" while with sound mind and this was non-refundable, and the magician/psychic not liable for anything except for tax if they don't pay these.
I see in bottom of oranum there's a legal statement: "The provided services are not recognized scientifically and therefore no results can be guaranteed. Said services are not fit for all purposes, they should be viewed as entertainment only.", I am unsure this would work in every country and for every type of customer if he chargebacks.
Much like gambling, there's many laws and precedent judgements to consider I would prefer to be away to magics myself.
