I remember not long ago in this biz when everyone knew who was who. AVN for example was owned By Paul Fishbein, who was the front man, and Darren Roberts, Digital Playground by Jewn and Samantha and so on.
They were American Companies, they weren't hiding and they were pretty forthright about things, paid their taxes and so on.
Now days its all about hiding everything, Look at AVN, Look at Manwin and their holdings, it's all a jumble of shell companies out of Cyprus. Everyone knows about Fabian but few people know that Fabian is just the front man, a puppet whose strings are being pulled by others. Those others are hiding their real identities and I don't think that has anything to do with them not wanting to be associated with adult. I think it has a lot more to do with them not wanting people in adult to know what else they are associated with.

There's a systematic takeover of this industry happening, and nobody knows who the people behind it are or what their motives are.
