Interesting, I didn't know their own constitution forbids them from having a military. Yet, "The Jieitai is one of the most technologically advanced armed forces in the world and Japanese military expenditures are the seventh highest in the world."

i dont believe china wants to go to war with the USA...also they have so much trade and economic reasons to not fight Japan.
