    He left a voicemail for porn industry blogger Mike South, in which he admitted that he had contracted the infection and kept his diagnosis a secret. Mr. Marcus has now granted an interview with Richard Abowitz of The Daily Beast, and admitted that he altered the test results performers customarily bring to shoots to show they're clean of certain STDs.

                                          Number 1, there is no law that says you have to be tested to shoot a porn film. It's voluntary.

                                          Number 2...there is no number 2. He should be punished by the industry by losing work (which I'm sure he hasn't worked in a couple of months now because of this...he's probably bagging groceries to make ends meet)
