Confused by the WebcamWiz Jan 50% REWARD BONUS

For example, I'm on PPS and the Jan Sign-Up Goal is 10. And I made 15 sales. Follow their rules, how much is my bonus?

15*37.5=562.5
or
(15-10)*37.5=187.5
?

Partners who meet their per sign-up program target are eligible to receive an additional bonus of $37.50 per legitimate unique paid sign-ups, over and above their target.

This is the rule for Feb, but it's the same with Jan.

I thought if your target is reached you I'll get the bonus for EVERY sign-up sent in January.

As mentioned on the Posts we posted as its also mentioned on your accounts;
The PPS Bonuses (in case you are entitled) are for ALL your signups from the 1st ones;
For those who dont see that yet in their accounts (but just bonuses for their signups above targets)-
This should be updated today,as we had some delay here.
