They say they have seo secrets that guarantee the #1 place. They could be bluffing. They say they would give money back, but would they really give money back… Seo is not as easy as just picking the best word. The competitions are tough. For whatever reasons, ranking systems will favor the long-term businesses that have been around a long time, rather than a company that started yesterday.
