They are paid to organise advertising campaigns, the account executives know the demographics of a publication. They know where to place ads in decent publications. They don't like being phoned by a tele marketing assistant for an appointment for his boss. It comes across as an insult.

They call the publications and ask for deals. Unless little agency with little accounts. I did sell to Saatchi and Saatchi. I sold to the 80 Charlotte Street office. This is marketing adapt it to your site.
