    How are sales this month so far? Post Google EMD Algo Update

    This month for me, below normal.
    Last month was GREAT.

    It's funny how things work.. just when things are going good, some shit happens.

                          Program owners have to say that everything is normal for them or they have exceeded their sales goal. Best month ever! Because if they told you the truth, like some do in private, people would not send them traffic.

                                  Program guys always say they doing very well, this make sense.
                                  However programs do not rely on SEO so much... mostly is a traffic buy in bulk (traffic brokers, ad networks, prepay spots)... and this is table really google or not. Or traffic is bring by affiliates anyway in various ways, program got no idea how, so how a program is directly affected by SEO really? Only affiliates are. And how a program knows anything about SEO effects really? Only affiliates know.
                                  What I see it is that some cybersquatting guys who took some our domains in .net or .org or .stupidTLD was second result after our domains before, and now I can't find even in 3 pages I browsed, this seems an improvement (how register pornhub.biz should bring you second place in pornhub seach a week later?), but no idea really.

                                      I have never bought traffic for any of my sites, I do not want a lot of affiliates or I should say I do not have the time to help them unless they can do it on their own.
                                      SEO does matter some but not the main way I get my sales either.

                                          Well we run a cam site so if we don't deliver enough traffic every day to the models they all quit the site and we're dead. So we quite buy traffic as needed. Guys with prerecorded content have no issue if for few days there's no traffic as the recorded pics keeps there and do not "quit" your pages

                                                  Of course they are worse for honest affiliates overall. As usual the changes primarily hit people doing things the legal way. It's rare that you see an illegal tube hurt by Panda, Penguin, or the EMD update. To Google they are "high quality" and your affiliate site is probably "low quality". Give it time and it will have a ripple effect on pay sites as well. Even more surfers are being trained that they don't have to pay and they can get everything for free. This is the natural result as legal affiliate sites are pushed from the results in favor of tubes, file lockers and forums.And this happens with each major update. You don't see any illegal tubes or filelockers getting hit with this.
