    amerinoc servers

    Hi,

    I'd like to know how you people are satisfied with amerinoc virtual hosting plans,
    since shared is pretty slow and sometimes I experienced crashes, so temporary downs on shared. thank you.

                      I've sent a support-ticket for 45 minutes ago, still no reply and it's a pretty important issue I need help with. So I guess you cant expect the support to answer fast.

                              No one answers about VIRTUAL ...

                              I do not know about them, but yesterday, for a website/commerce client that I do stuff for , I contacted Hostgator to open 2 ports for his account , and got replied and done within 3 minutes ...
                              I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

                              But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

                                  I got a VPS there. 6 months ago database issues were every day, not anymore for a while.

                                      I host with them (virtual plans , now "reseller" ) for around 5 years. never ever had bigger (or serious) issues with them, support is OK. I don't burn that much bandwith anyway, as it is around 30 % from their plan....
                                      I've been also using their unmanaged vps. It was fast and never ever got problems with it...

                                                  Tell me what your problem is, and I'll hit them up. You'll get a response in under a minute - IF I decide to forward it to you and not wait anouth seve years to post again.

                                                  Amerinoc replies to me almost instantly - and I'm not special. I'm not a "BRO".

                                                      mine is one year old in a few weeks. Not one problem so far. Support is really quick anytime I want them to do something. So I would give them A plus.

                                                          I had a shared account with Amerinoc for about a year. Support was always top notch, and the only reason I don't host there any longer is because I sold those sites and didn't need the account any longer. Would definitely host there again

                                                                  If you are on a Shared hosting plan and seeing issues then it is typically going to be your sites maxing out the resources for your account. Like most hosting companies that offer shared hosting these days we now use an OS that makes each account more like a VPS plan than shared hosting in many ways, so it limits each client from maxing out any one resource to prevent them from crashing the server for everyone else. Most shared users are going to max out RAM, CPU and MySQL usage on these plans way before bandwidth becomes a consideration. Beyond that, I would need to know more about your account or a ticket ID# to look into it further for you, you most likely have a script issue or need a VPS plan with more dedicated resources.

                                                                      I was on virtual with them for years before I went with dedicated. I experienced the same great support in both instances. I've been with them for about 10 years and I'm a happy customer.
