It can translate to sales if you are super protective of the content and use a site like Porn Guardian to keep an eye out for that scene and also police sites like Tumblr where his fans will edit the video down to the best parts and post it. That's easy enough though, just follow all of his tags and search his name twice a day.

Whatever you don't do what Playgirl did with Levi Johnston where everybody saw everything the second it went live.

Your situation is completely different than Dustin's on Real World. When Crocker's 15 min of fame hit a few years back there was nothing online to monetize. On the contrary when Dustin's situation with fratmen came up on Real World it lasted several episodes and there was something right then online to monetize the traffic surge. I think you may get some small traffic because its Crocker, but nothing substantial.
