Yes, it's a free for all. Just found out a good affiliate has been stealing from everyone in our niche and putting all of our member videos in HIS members area! Didn't even bother removing the watermarks! Zero fucks given.

What I always do, send DMCAs to their billing company. CCbill gave him 24 hours to remove the content, which he did not, so they turned off his accounts for 10 days. Right now he can not process.

You have to choose your battles with these guys. You also have to really assess the situation and figure out of his sites are actually hurting you or not. Don't get caught up in the community BS. That shit will eat you up if you let it.
